Developed through a multi-phased public review and planning process, OLIN’s vision for PenPlace is intended to provide additional detail to the open space while creating an attractive and inviting new urban environment. The design introduces a mix of uses that complement the surrounding areas while embracing sustainable design practices. Retail and service amenities throughout the site, with attention to high quality design, will serve to provide a destination for local and surrounding communities.
