New Work: Stadium Drive Residence Halls at the University of Arkansas

OLIN, as part of a team led by Leers Weinzapfel Associates, is kicking off the landscape design for the new Stadium Drive Residence Halls at the University of Arkansas. This project is one part of a larger residential district at the edge of Athletic Valley on the south end of campus, a bold vision that will activate what was once considered a remote corner of the campus and will foster an engaging living-learning environment. The design team for the Stadium Drive Residence Halls will consider many ambitious strategies, such as advanced timber technology and LEED Silver/Green Globes Two Globes benchmarks. The Stadium Drive Residence Halls project marks the third collaboration between OLIN and the University of Arkansas—past projects have included the surrounding landscape for the Hillside Auditorium and a campus-wide landscape design manual.
