Sarah Miller, RLA

Associate

Sarah’s work at OLIN focuses on achieving a balance between natural systems and constructed spaces, connecting people to the environment around them in ways which are both visually interesting and educationally appealing. Understanding the benefit of a rigorous and inclusive design process, Sarah strives to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration during all phases. She sees opportunity for multi-scale design innovation which enhances both the human experience and construction feasibility.

Since joining OLIN in 2015, Sarah has contributed to several urban design, civic space, and campus redevelopment projects. Her recent work includes the revitalization and ecological enhancement of a waterfront park in West Palm Beach, Florida; the design of an accessible entry plaza, events terrace, and pollinator garden for Swarthmore College’s Martin Hall; the design and implementation of an entry plaza for the Social Security Administration headquarters campus in Woodlawn, Maryland, and managed the construction administration of the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC.
